| | | GYMKHANA | | There are excellent coaching facilities for all types of sports. The College has produced many University and state level and national level players in the past. Guidance is given to the promising sportsmen for further progress. | | | | NSS | | The College NSS group is of 250 students. A yearly 10 day rural camp, blood donations camp, successful participation in various activities are same of the highlights of NSS. | | | | VARIOUS ASSOCIATIONS | | The College has various association of and for students. They focus on the overall development of the student. Some of these association are Arts Circle, Science Association, Commerce Association, English literary association etc. wall paper, College Magazine, conversational Classes, remedial Classes, lecture series, study tour and various competitions are some of the activities popular with the students. | | | | NCC : NATIONAL CADET CORPS | | The College is attached to 2nd MAH Battalion N.C.C. open unit. The selected students can take advantage of N.C.C. training in the College, besides these students can also join the Navalwing, Air Squadron, Armoured Squadrons and Single Units. These units are stationed in other College in Pune. Student’s who wish to join those units should apply for admissions through the Principle and N.C.C. Officer. Female Student can join the Ladies N.C.C. unit. | | | | EARN & LEARNE SCHEME | To Develop the work culture amongst students and to help them financially. The college has started Earn while Learn scheme in collaboration with the university of Pune.
Under this scheme the economically weaker students are given the opportunity the earn while they are learning. The student can be from any faculty, must be a regular student 75% attendance in the college. They are supposed to work 4 hours a week. They are given work in all department and library. They can also work on computer and table works in offices.
By providing them this type of opportunity under this scheme, they can pursue the same knowledge in their future life.
They not only get to know the way of living but also learns to work hard, sincerely, dedication & determination.
| | | | BAHISHAL SHIKSHAN MANDOL | Bahishal Shikshan Mandol is one of the scheme held by Pune University In 1949. Bahishal Shikshan Mandol establish in Pune University under student Welfare Community. This programme is undertaken in some of selected colleges of Pune University. Baburaoji Gholap is one of them who is organizing programmes sinces 1989.
The main motive of Bahishal Shikshan Mandol is to educate the people who are isolated from the University Courses. The Scheme organize guest lectures on various subject.
